Download .NET Framework Here.

Download Direct X SDK 2010 Here

Download The Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes Here

Download & Install These All In Order.

If You Get Any Errors From The SDK2010 Head To Search Bar. Type " ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS & FEATURES"

Remove Both The "VISUAL C ++ 2010" Packages
